Hi there, my name is Dilys. I work from a strengths based approach, which empowers you to have self-compassion and self-awareness as you journey through the complexities of life. I work with you to discover your authentic capabilities in a non-judgemental space that fosters healing and growth.

I offer therapy services for individuals and couples in the areas of anxiety, depression, familial conflicts, life transitions, peer relationships, relationship challenges, and self-esteem.

I work from a combination of approaches including attachment focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and narrative therapy.
